How do I download My Singing Monsters?

To redeem your toy code, you will need to download My Singing Monsters for free on your phone or tablet. Tap one of the buttons below to download the game, or search for it in your app store!

What is a BBB ID?

Every My Singing Monsters account has a unique BBB ID, also known as a Friend Code. BBB ID’s are made up of a series of letters and numbers. To find your BBB ID, open My Singing Monsters and tap the Options button in the bottom right corner. Then, tap the Support button. Your BBB ID should be visible in the Support menu!

How do I find my BBB ID?

To find your BBB ID, open My Singing Monsters and tap the Options button in the bottom right corner. Then, tap the Support button. Your BBB ID should be visible in the Support menu!

Why is the website showing the wrong level when I enter my BBB ID?

When you enter your BBB ID on our website, you will be shown your player level in My Singing Monsters. If that level doesn’t match your level in My Singing Monsters, please verify that you correctly entered your BBB ID. If you’ve entered your BBB ID correctly, please wait a few hours and try again. Our system may need some time to update the level that we have on file for your My Singing Monsters account!

If several hours have passed and the website is still showing an incorrect level, please contact our support team through the form at the bottom of this FAQ.

What prize will I get from my toy code?

The prize that you receive when you redeem your toy code will be different depending on your level in My Singing Monsters. The higher your level, the better your prize! Prizes can include Diamonds, Treats, and/or Coins.

Why is my prize different from my friend’s prize?

The prize that you receive when you redeem your toy code will be different depending on your level in My Singing Monsters. If your friend is a different level than you in My Singing Monsters, they may receive a different prize! The higher your level, the better your prize.

I redeemed my toy code. Where do I find my prize?

Once you hit the Redeem button on our website, your prize will be sent to your Mailbox in My Singing Monsters. To find your Mailbox, open your My Singing Monsters game and tap the Mailbox button in the bottom right. Scroll through your Mailbox items until you find your prize, then tap the View button to get more information. From the view screen, you can tap the Claim button to add your prize to your inventory!

I don't have a Mailbox button on my screen. Why not?

To unlock the Mailbox in My Singing Monsters, you first need to complete the in-game tutorial. Once you reach Level 4, the Mailbox will be unlocked, and the Mailbox button will be visible on your screen. Don’t worry: If you redeem your toy code before Level 4, your prize will still be waiting for you once you unlock the Mailbox!

I can’t find my prize in my in-game Mailbox. What do I do?

Once you redeem your prize, it will be available in your in-game Mailbox, found on the bottom of the screen in My Singing Monsters. If you have successfully redeemed your toy code through our website and still cannot locate your prize in your Mailbox, please wait a few hours and try again. Our system may need some time to deliver your prize.

If several hours have passed and your prize is still not visible in your Mailbox, please contact our Support Team through the form at the bottom of this FAQ.

I got an error message when I tried to redeem my toy code. What does that mean?

Please verify that you have not already redeemed this toy code. Each toy code can only be redeemed once! Please also verify that you have entered both your BBB ID and your toy code correctly.

If you are still experiencing issues redeeming your toy code, please contact our Support Team through the form at the bottom of this FAQ. Please include the error message you received in your support request.

I bought a My Singing Monsters toy, but it didn’t have a toy code in it. Why not?

Thank you for purchasing a My Singing Monsters toy! Please note that toy codes are only included with our line of collectible singing My Singing Monsters figures by PlayMonster. Toy codes are not included with our miniature My Singing Monsters: Dawn of Fire figures by PlayMonster; our singing plushes by Commonwealth Toy; our decals by FanWraps; or any of our other official apparel/accessories.
